Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We ship internationally, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While the vast majority of orders arrive within this window, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, peak seasons (such as holidays), or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after this time, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of your order being placed. After this window, your order may have already been dispatched and can no longer be modified.
